A non-refundable booking fee of £20 is required to secure your photoshoot date. This fee is deducted from the total session price, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the photoshoot.
No images will be delivered until the full payment has been received.

The booking fee is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking.
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Date changes are subject to availability.
If the session cannot go ahead due to adverse weather, unsafe conditions or horse welfare concerns, your booking will be transferred to a new mutually agreed

If I need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstance, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of your booking fee.

Travel is included within a 15-mile radius of Shepton Mallet, Somerset. Sessions booked outside this area will incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon booking.

Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 1-2 weeks of your session.
Raw or unedited images will not be provided.

Clients are welcome to download, print and share their photographs for personal use only. Images must not be altered, edited or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Unless requested otherwise, I may use selected images from your session on my website and social media and promotional purposes.
